This Thursday night we have invited Dr Wesley Hill to come speak at Barneys on homosexuality and the gospel.
Dr Hill describes himself as Celibate, Gay, and Christian. He is a Biblical Studies academic, but has also written an excellent book, ‘Washed and Waiting’, in which he explores what it means to live as a faithful, celibate Christian with same-sex attraction.
This is an extraordinary opportunity to hear from a unique scholar and thinker on an issue which more and more is dominating public discourse on Christianity.
Dr Hill is visiting Sydney this week from Trinity School for Ministry, Pennsylvania. He has been brought to Sydney by Liberty Christian Ministries for their 2015 Conference.
