Walk & Pray for Glebe

STATIONS OF THE CROSS PRAYER WALK

Good Friday 18 April | 11:00am

Join us and other local churches for a moving Good Friday Prayer Walk through Glebe. Beginning at 11am at St James Catholic Church (Woolley Street, Forest Lodge), we’ll journey together through key locations in our neighbourhood, reflecting on the Stations of the Cross through Scripture, story, and prayer.

This is a time to remember Jesus’ path to the cross while also lifting up the needs of our community—praying for reconciliation, justice, hope, and healing.

Everyone is welcome, including those of little or no faith. The walk will conclude around 12:30pm with hot cross buns and tea at Wesley Glebe (37 St Johns Road).

We’re especially glad to share that Naomi Hammond, one of our student ministers at Barneys, will be taking part by leading Station 5 at Elsie’s Walk, offering prayer and reflection for families experiencing violence.

Come walk, reflect, and pray for Glebe this Good Friday.
