What’s included?
At Arundel House each room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bookcase for each resident.
Internet – All residents are provided with internet access at no extra cost.
Utilities – Electricity and water charges are included in the occupancy fee.
All meals provided – We have a chef working out of a commercial kitchen, with a fresh, seasonally rotating dinner menu. We can cater for some dietary requirements such as vegetarian, dairy and/or gluten free, and also provide Halal meals if needed.
Food is provided to enable you to make your own breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Communal areas – A communal lounge, relaxation and study rooms are available as well as a roof top terrace with great views of the city skyline.
Shared Bathroom – Each level in the house has a bathroom with toilet and shower cubicles.
Laundry – Washing machines, dryers and clotheslines are provided, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Premium Single Rooms
Premium single rooms are often larger than standard singles and may have a shared balcony.
$525 per week during each semester* or $420 per week during holidays*

Standard Single Rooms
Standard Single rooms are slightly smaller than premium rooms.
$500 per week during each semester* or $400 per week during holidays*
*full catering only available during each semester.
Shared Rooms
There are 4 places available in shared rooms (dual occupancy).
$475 per week during each semester* or $380 per week during holidays*
*full catering only available during each semester.
Additional yearly charges may include a refundable security deposit as well as non-refundable administration and amenities fees
