What’s included?
At the Terraces a range of bedrooms are available catering to different tastes and budgets.
Each room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bookcase for each resident.
Internet – All residents are provided with internet access at no extra cost.
Utilities – Electricity and water charges are included in the occupancy fee.
Evening meals – a catered evening meal package is available for an extra charge
Kitchen – Each house has a fully equipped kitchen. Each resident has fridge and cupboard space for food and use of a microwave and stove. All crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cookware are provided as are small appliances.
Lounge room – Each lounge room is furnished with lounges and television
Laundry – Each house has a washing machine (free of charge) and clothesline, as well as iron and ironing board. A coin operated dryer is available.
Shared Bathroom – Each house has two showers and two toilets.
Backyards – Residents enjoy our communal backyard areas which have outdoor furniture and BBQs.
Single Rooms
Single rooms range between 10-14sqm, suitable for 1 adult
$310 or $320 per week depending on room allocated.
Balcony Rooms
Balcony rooms are suitable for up to 2 adults (~26sqm)
$340 per week or $205 per person for dual occupancy.
Attic Rooms
There are a number of types of attic rooms at the Terraces:
Small rooms
(10-11sqm) with ducted

Other Rooms
The Flat
A single room (~13sqm) with an adjoining small room and ensuite, suitable for up to 2 people.
$350 per week or $215 per person for dual occupancy.Shared Room
This room is a single room with a fixed wardrobe divider, (~20sqm)
$205 per person for dual occupancy
Additional yearly charges may include a refundable security deposit as well as non-refundable administration and amenities fees
