We believe it’s really important that we’re finding ways to prioritise our wellbeing and mental health during lockdown. The YA team were discussing ways we could help support people, we all agreed that sleep was an aspect of our lives that was being significantly impacted by lockdown and lack of structure. And with sleep and our mental health being two things which are very closely linked, we thought it was a small way we could be supporting the church family to cope with the strains of lockdown. Starting this Tuesday, twice a week over the next 3 weeks we’ll be sharing a range of resources surrounding sleep hygiene, why it is important and how to set good habits for better sleep. Look out for this in the Barneys facebook group*, Tuesday and Thursday nights.
