Barneys Memories
The thing which I remember about Barneys

I was a kid from the country in a big city and a wee bit freaked out. But my first night at Barneys, in 1992, Lulu Mitchell was welcoming, (I had previously had a 2 minute chat with Lulu at Sydney University), Lulu greeted me by name, asked about my specific course and asked how my folks were in Cootamundra. That single interaction meant so much to me I stayed for 13 years, until 2004, I was transformed by God's word, met my wife, got involved, and joined a great Christian family. God used the people at Barneys, living in light of His word, to transform my life. For this I will be eternally thankful.
Today I am an Anglican Minister, in Walcha, married to Naomi, with 2 kids, Claudia (2005) and Ben (2007).
