A church for people just like you

The Barneys family extends well beyond our parish borders. People of all ages and from all walks of life come from all over Sydney to worship and involve themselves in our church's activities. Few other churches enjoy this kind of support, connection and atmosphere.

We've never been a 'typical' parish church. Our members have always sought new ways to inspire both friends and visitors. We are passionate about proclaiming the Gospel of Christ in a bustling and exciting part of Sydney. We want the new Barneys to be a beacon of hope, worship and community engagement.

We’re now enlisting the support of the Anglican family and the wider community to help us construct the new Barneys.

The rebuilding of St Barnabas is not simply the construction of a building, it’s a demonstration of faith and a celebration of the spiritual, the social and humanity itself.
